Data Analytics (3 days)

This course builds upon the Big Data Strategy workshop and the high-impact use cases generated for an opportunity to experience end-to-end hands-on data analytics. This course is highly interactive in nature, with most of the time being allocated to hands-on, discussions and group exercises.

Course Outline

Based on the high-impact data-driven use cases generated in the Data Analytics Strategy
workshop, the trainer, together with the course participants, will conduct hands-on, end-to-
end data analytics proofs-of-concept (POC). These include:

Accessing and importing data, as well as extracting, transforming, and loading these data, for immediate analytics or database storage

Examining the data stored in the database to uncover information including patterns, correlations and trends that can help the users make informed business decisions

Designing business intelligence dashboards / data visualization that pull real-time data from multiple sources and display the current status of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for an enterprise.
